Wedding Photo Session in Rome with Oriana and Ben

What better way to celebrate love and life than with a romantic wedding photo session in Rome. Oriana and Ben, a charming couple from the UK, picked Rome for their wedding elopement. Also a wonderful opportunity for their family in Rome to join them to rejoice together for the very special event. Oriana and Ben decided to go for a late afternoon wedding photo session, knowing that it would yield airy images rich in warm tones. For this reason they decided on the Colosseum and the Capitoline Hill, two fantastic locations, 10 minutes from one another, right at the heart of Rome. Our journey began at the Colosseum, indeed one of the most iconic landmarks in Rome. The area surrounding the Colosseum offers many photo opportunities for both intimate and iconic portraits, making it ideal for wedding photo session. Next, we headed towards the Capitoline Hill, very popular with couples, for the beautiful and romantic backgrounds it offers. Afterwards, I was privileged to be invited to join the couple and their roman family for an apéritif at the Terrazza Borromini, one of the most beautiful rooftops in Rome, where we all enjoyed watching the sun setting on the Eternal City.
