The Trevi Fountain is one of the most famous fountains in the entire world and as such it attracts people day and night. It is also the perfect landmark for the most iconic surprise proposals. Farrel knew this and dragged his Erica out very early with an excuse. Erica and Farrel and I met at sunrise at the edge of the fountain, where I disguised as their guide for the day. Little did she know that I was there to capture one of her most memorable moments. I told Erica that for her to express a wish, she had to close her eyes for 30 seconds and then throw a coin into the fountain over her left shoulder. This gave Farrel enough time to get the ring out and get down on his knee, so that when Erica would open her eyes, she would find Farrel ready to pop the proverbial question. After capturing all the raw emotions, we went on for the reminder of the hour to shoot around the beautiful and iconic Trevi Fountain.
The Trevi Fountain is without a doubt one of the most iconic locations for surprise proposals in Rome
